Each meal includes the following:

1. Chef's Soup of the Day

2. Choice of:

   • Herb-Crusted Grilled Breast of Chicken

     with wild mushrooms and Pinot Noir glaze

     or

   • Lemon-Pepper Rubbed Fresh Salmon Fillet

     with potatoes, scallions and lemon-butter sauce

     or

   • Roast Prime Rib of Beef

     with red wine jus

and

1. Appropriate Vegetables and Potato

2. French Baguette and Butter

3. Seasonal Dessert Feature

Freshly brewed coffee, tea or soft drink is also included.

     with mushroom jus
